Stay Centered When Life Gets Loud

Providing individualized support for the real-world challenges of executive functioning and anxiety, offered virtually in Illinois and California

When “knowing” isn’t enough, occupational therapy bridges the gap to “doing”. At Center Ring Therapy, we support parents, teens and young adults struggling with executive functioning and anxiety-based challenges, and other complex behaviors. As licensed clinicians we provide practical, evidence-based strategies that bring more structure, calm, and confidence to daily life. We go beyond skill-building to connect how those skills come together to figure out what to do when things don’t go as planned. We are a small practice committed to working alongside you. Together, we help children and teens build the independence, resilience, and confidence they need to thrive.

Two Ways We Work

Our work is collaborative and individualized — whether you're a parent looking for practical tools, or a teen building skills for what comes next.

Parent Coaching

We partner closely with parents to develop strategies that work within the realities of family life — and help children build the skills to rely on themselves.
